RETURNS POLICY

OVERVIEW

Our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe there has been a failure of a consumer guarantee, please contact us at hello@hokis.com.au so we can start the process of a return. You are responsible for associated costs (including delivery) for returning the products to us. The delivery costs for returning the product will be refunded, if your claim is valid under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the failure, we will either dispatch a replacement product to you or refund the product price.


RETURNS

Not all our products can be returned. The sale of non-refundable products are final and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. The following products are considered non-refundable (unless covered under the Australian Consumer Law):

-       Discovery Collections

-       Sale Items

-       Shipping Costs

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund if items are returned late, used or damaged in any way.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Using a trackable method of shipping is highly recommended. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
