SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

COSTS

Free standard shipping is offered for orders over $75 AUD.

There will be a delivery charge of $7 AUD for standard shipping on orders under $75 AUD.

SHIPPING

At this stage, orders can only be shipped to addresses within Australia. We cannot send orders to PO Boxes.

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out within 2 business days but may take longer during busy periods (e.g. holidays, promotions, etc). Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

After the order is processed and shipped, standard delivery can take up to 7 business days. In most cases, orders will be shipped using Australia Post. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during busy periods (e.g. holidays, weather, etc). If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Please be aware that your order may be left at the delivery address so please make sure someone is available to collect it. In this event, Hokis Labs Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen orders once the product has been delivered.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We cannot change, redirect or cancel orders once they have been shipped.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information may be subject to additional shipping costs to send the order to a new address.
